Heroix offers a complete range of product-related professional
services for our customers including:
- Assessment and planning services

All services are performed by Heroix personnel and
may be delivered at Heroix headquarters in Braintree,
Massachusetts or at the customer site.
Consulting engagements are planned and coordinated
with each customer to ensure that services are focused
on the customer's specific needs. Initial deployment
services are commonly completed in a 2-5 day engagement.
Heroix offers regularly scheduled training courses
on its products, including both introductory and advanced
courses. Most training is offered in the form of two-day
courses. Courses are offered on a regularly scheduled
basis, as published on the Heroix Web
site.
